Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, framing, and general labor.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by project supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure workplace safety.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and trash disposal.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No prior construction experience is necessary; we train you on the job.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
