Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily construction tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, trenching, and leveling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and safety diagrams.
- Perform general cleanup and waste removal duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude.
