Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently and safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with basic tasks, measurements, and preparation.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and site preparation before and after shifts.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety plans to understand project requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and work at heights when required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Eagerness to learn new construction techniques and safety standards.
