Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, drywalling, and masonry.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools (levels, drills, etc.) under supervision.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe by removing debris and adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform basic digging, leveling, and site preparation duties.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
