Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete foundation work
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and installation
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and site cleanup protocols
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and project blueprints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines
- Document daily progress and report equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, levels) or willingness to train
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends/early starts)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality record
- Experience with residential/commercial construction preferred
