Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and painters, with daily tasks.
- Perform general site cleanup, including removal of debris, trash, and scrap materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and instructions.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for use as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
