Responsibilities

- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Prepare job sites (clearing debris, setting up scaffolding)
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions
- Maintain clean/safe work environments per OSHA standards
- Assist skilled trades (carpenters, masons, electricians)
- Complete daily timecards and safety checklists
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts (6 AM-4 PM)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Flexible schedule (weekends required)
