Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from the job site.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under the supervision of certified operators.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards at all times.
- Assistance: Provide general support to skilled tradespeople, including painting, drywalling, or framing assistance.
- Documentation: Report daily progress and any safety hazards or equipment issues to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior construction experience required. We provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions are essential.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid government-issued ID and be eligible to work in the United States.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills in English are required to ensure safety and teamwork.
