Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and general labor duties.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools safely to and from job sites.
- Perform site cleanup, including removing debris and ensuring work areas are safe and organized.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
