Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, digging, and leveling.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Mix concrete, mortar, or other materials as directed.
- Perform general cleanup of the job site to maintain safety standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
- Valid photo ID and authorization to work in the USA.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
