Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and debris removal
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete work, and finish operations
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Complete daily timesheets and report project progress to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized job site conditions
- Collaborate effectively with diverse crew members
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- Valid O-10 construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Albuquerque metro
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
