Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and operations.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Equipment Operation: Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and according to protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety plans.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- License: Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Safety Training: OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and team-oriented.
