Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation
- Maintain clean, safe job sites by removing debris and following OSHA protocols
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and operating basic tools
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing under supervision
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard prevention measures
- Complete training modules to develop trade-specific skills
Qualifications
