Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing, leveling, and preparing construction sites.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic tools and equipment under the supervision of skilled tradesmen.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and site-specific rules.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assistance: Support carpenters, electricians, and other skilled laborers as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods and lift heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to develop new skills on the job.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with measuring and basic calculations.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime if necessary.
