Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and distribute building materials to the job site efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and generators (training provided).
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general maintenance.
- Ensure all work areas adhere to strict OSHA safety regulations.
- Transport materials using hand trucks, dollies, or pallet jacks.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and shoveling as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—just a strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
