Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and prepare construction materials, tools, and equipment for use on job sites.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by removing debris and trash.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as digging, pouring concrete, or basic carpentry under supervision.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Transportation: Transport materials to and from the job site as needed.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong willingness to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing on feet.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance is essential.
- Tools: Basic understanding of construction tools is a plus but not required.
