Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks and maintain inventory.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and site preparation.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
