Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks including carpentry, drywall, and painting.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools on the job site.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and equipment safely under supervision.
- Perform site preparation including digging, sweeping, and cleaning debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Transport materials from trucks to work areas using hand trucks or forklifts.
- Perform manual labor duties such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Basic communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
