Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand tools
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions from supervisors
- Participate in weekend projects with consistent Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Support team goals through collaborative work and proactive problem-solving
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
