Responsibilities
- Mix concrete, cement, and masonry materials to prepare for building projects.
- Load, unload, and set up materials and tools at construction sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and site regulations.
Qualifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Experience with construction tools is a plus but not required.
