Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring debris is removed and the area is safe.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in the layout of structures.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to coordinate daily activities.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for 8+ hours a day.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different job sites and tasks.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
