- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on the construction site, including cleaning, organizing, and preparing areas.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and trash daily.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long durations.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a full-time schedule.
- Availability: Must be available to work overtime and weekends as project demands require.
- Teamwork: Strong desire to work well within a team environment and follow instructions.
- Basic Math: Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic arithmetic.
- Availability: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
