Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, carrying materials, and cleaning job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various duties as needed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and store them properly.
- Transport tools and equipment to and from the job site.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- No prior construction experience required; Entry Level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
