Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, including excavation, grading, and setting up temporary structures.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment on job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools (hammers, drills, saws) under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and heights.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
