Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks on construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by following all OSHA safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and instructions when necessary.
- Perform physical duties such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other crew members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and rotate shifts as needed.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
