Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and grading the land.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Machinery Support: Operate and assist with basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Support Trades: Provide direct support to carpenters, electricians, and other skilled professionals as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long hours.
