Responsibilities
- Operate heavy construction machinery and power tools in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Load, unload, and distribute building materials to designated work areas.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing, drywall, and concrete finishing.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, grading, and cleanup.
- Ensure the job site remains organized, clean, and free of hazards throughout the shift.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials to meet project specifications.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Experience in general construction labor is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
