Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites efficiently.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support Tasks: Perform digging, leveling, and other manual labor tasks required for foundation and framing work.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends and potential overtime.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Documentation: Must provide a valid ID and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
