Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradesmen, including carpenters, electricians, and operators, with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, tamping, debris removal, and general cleanup.
- Follow verbal and written instructions regarding safety protocols and project timelines.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the Site Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- No experience required. We are actively seeking entry-level candidates who are eager to learn.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong willingness to work.
- Valid government-issued ID (Driver's License preferred but not required).
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Basic reading comprehension skills to understand safety signs and instructions.
- Must provide your own steel-toed work boots.
