Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading materials
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, including debris removal and safety compliance
- Follow verbal instructions and safety protocols under supervisor guidance
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment after proper training
- Support team members in completing daily project milestones
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- No formal experience or certifications required - we train everyone from day one
- Must possess physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Basic math skills for material counting and measurements
