As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in our projects, ensuring that every site is safe, efficient, and ready for construction. We value hard work, reliability, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Perform demolition, excavation, and cleanup duties as directed.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- Help in the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus but not mandatory.
