Responsibilities
- Assist in loading, unloading, and staging construction materials and equipment.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites, removing debris and waste materials.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under direct supervision.
- Transport materials to and from storage areas or job sites.
- Follow all safety protocols and site instructions to ensure a secure working environment.
- Help skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including mixing concrete or laying groundwork.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy items and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adhere to safety gear requirements.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
