Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Dig trenches, foundations, and post holes using hand and power tools.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks as directed.
- Clean and prepare construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic construction equipment under the supervision of a foreman.
- Follow all safety regulations and site protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
