Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, drywall hanging, and general site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under strict supervision.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and help with layout tasks as directed.
- Transport materials to and from work areas using hand trucks or forklifts.
- Follow safety protocols and communicate effectively with team leads.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights when necessary.
- Basic ability to read and understand safety instructions and site plans.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
- No prior construction experience is required; we provide the training.
