Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation and earthwork operations
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints
- Perform concrete finishing and formwork support
- Participate in daily safety briefings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Availability for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math measurement skills
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
