Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and cleanup.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the work site remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
