Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper tool management
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts and excavators (certification provided)
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience in commercial/residential settings
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and flexible schedule
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
