Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks including framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow project blueprints and instructions from foremen and supervisors.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
