Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites to maintain safety standards.
- Measure, cut, and handle lumber or drywall as directed.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Basic English comprehension for safety instructions and team coordination.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
