Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, hauling, and carrying materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various construction tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris and hazards.
- Load and unload trucks and construction materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Complete daily tasks as assigned by the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
