Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled trades with carpentry, masonry, concrete pouring, and demolition tasks
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site cleanliness standards
- Read blueprints and technical specifications to execute precise construction plans
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines
- Document daily progress and report equipment/material needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or trade apprenticeship
- Valid OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and methods
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Valid Washington driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Experience with blueprint reading preferred
