Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, concrete work, and general site preparation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and digging as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure accident-free operations.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and other team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical assessment.
