Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, marking areas, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Demolition & Renovation: Support demolition efforts and assist with various renovation tasks as assigned.
- Quality Control: Help maintain site cleanliness and adhere to all project specifications and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with foremen and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Safety First: Familiarity with basic construction safety protocols is a plus.
