Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including mixing concrete, digging, and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing trash, debris, and securing tools.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site-specific safety guidelines at all times.
- Perform basic measurements, site preparation, and general cleanup duties as directed.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
