Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling on active construction sites
- Operate hand tools and light machinery (training provided)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with project tasks and deadlines
- Maintain strict safety protocols and site cleanliness standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid state ID or driver's license (required)
- No prior experience necessary – entry-level welcome
- Reliable transportation to job sites across New Orleans
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
