Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily site operations.
- Perform excavation, digging, and grading using hand tools and light machinery.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, or pallet jacks.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Experience with general construction labor is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Must be available for overtime and weekend work as needed.
