Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Site Assistance: Provide general assistance to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and masons.
- Equipment Operation: Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Demolition & Prep: Assist with demolition tasks and prepare sites for construction activities.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for motivated individuals willing to learn the trade from scratch.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and carry materials for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and be available for full-time shifts.
- Attention to Safety: Must adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and site-specific rules.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
