Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and site preparation.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to the job site using hand trucks or forklifts.
- Perform basic site maintenance, including digging, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure that work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other construction personnel.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver’s License (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or have valid work authorization.
