Responsibilities
- Assist Tradespeople: Support carpenters, electricians, and other skilled professionals with daily construction tasks.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Prepare work areas by clearing debris, digging trenches, or leveling ground as directed.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision to complete assigned duties.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing waste and debris at the end of each shift.
- Measurements: Assist in measuring and cutting materials to ensure accurate project specifications.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for candidates willing to learn and work hard.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to showing up for every scheduled shift.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not always mandatory.
- Team Player: Must be willing to collaborate in a team setting and follow instructions precisely.
