Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks on active construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery (e.g., jackhammers, pressure washers) under direct supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various on-site tasks.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and safe by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks and stock them properly.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
